Our White-Glove Delivery Service is designed to provide careful handling, in-home placement, assembly assistance, and packaging removal for large furniture and oversized items.

What's Included

Our White-Glove delivery team provides:

  • Room-of-choice delivery

  • In-home placement

  • Professional unboxing

  • Basic furniture assembly

  • Removal of packaging materials

Delivery includes up to two flights of stairs where safely accessible.

Examples of Eligible Assembly Services Include:

  • Dining tables

  • Bed frames

  • Sofas

  • Cabinets

  • Sideboards

  • Console tables

Not Included

White-Glove service does not include:

  • Wall mounting

  • Electrical work

  • Hardwired lighting installation

  • Plumbing connections

  • Mirror mounting

  • Artwork installation

If requested, customers may arrange installation services separately through independent licensed professionals.

Delivery Timeline

White-Glove orders typically follow the timeline below:

Total delivery timelines vary depending on product type, destination, and scheduling availability.

Once your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Scheduling

White-Glove deliveries are scheduled by appointment.

Customers will receive:

  • Delivery coordination calls or emails

An adult (18+) must be present during delivery to:

  • Inspect the item

  • Confirm delivery condition

  • Sign the delivery confirmation

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful delivery, customers are responsible for the following:

1. Measurement Verification

Please confirm that the purchased item can fit through:

  • Doorways

  • Staircases

  • Elevators

  • Hallways

  • Entryways

before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions prior to purchase.

2. Clear Delivery Access

The delivery path and destination room must be clear and accessible before the delivery team arrives.

Delivery personnel are not permitted to move existing furniture or personal belongings.

3. Building Requirements

If your building requires:

  • Delivery appointments

  • Loading dock reservations

  • Certificates of Insurance (COI)

  • Elevator reservations

Additional delays may occur if building requirements are not communicated in advance.

White-Glove Delivery Fees

White-Glove delivery service is available within the contiguous United States.

Service Pricing

  • First item: $300

  • Each additional item: +$200

Final pricing will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by our support team before shipment.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote delivery areas

  • Limited-access locations

  • Special scheduling requirements

  • Extended stair carries beyond standard service limits

Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully at the time of delivery.

If visible shipping damage is identified, please:

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt

  • Take clear photographs

  • Contact support within 48 hours

This helps us resolve claims as quickly as possible.
