1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time

5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT)

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

Merrlane currently ships within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Deliveries to the following locations may require additional shipping fees or special arrangements:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Remote or restricted-access areas

Please contact our support team before placing an order for these destinations.

3. Shipping Methods

Depending on product size, weight, and destination, orders may be shipped via:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight carriers

  • Specialized delivery partners

Carrier selection is determined by Merrlane based on the most suitable shipping method.

Large furniture shipments may require scheduled delivery appointments.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable laws and will be calculated based on the delivery address.

For shipments within the United States, customers will not be charged import duties upon delivery.

5. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated transit times vary depending on item type and delivery location.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

For freight shipments, delivery scheduling may be coordinated directly by the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.

Merrlane is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Issues, Damage, or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery promptly upon arrival.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Missing

  • Incorrect

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Shipping label images

For verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors, Merrlane will provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Failed Delivery / Returned Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, including:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Inability to schedule delivery

  • Refused shipment (non-damage related)

the shipment may be returned to our facility.

In such cases:

  • Redelivery may require additional shipping charges

  • Refunds may be reduced to account for actual return shipping and handling costs incurred
